About the Role

As a Master Glass Service Technician at SAY Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional glass repair and installation services to our clients. If you're a skilled technician with a passion for precision and a desire to work with heavy machinery and fleet vehicles, this could be your dream job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Repair: Visit rock quarries and job sites to assess and fix glass issues in heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
  • Craft Custom Solutions: Create custom-fit glass patterns and apply advanced installation techniques.
  • Master Tools and Equipment: Use specialized glass cutting tools and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Lead with Expertise: Become the go-to person for tricky repairs, innovative fabrications, and fleet management.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with site managers and customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of glass repair experience with heavy machinery or fleet vehicles.
  • Experience operating specialized tools, equipment, adhesives, and sealants to perform glass installation and repairs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with specialized tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in diverse weather conditions, and climb heights up to 50 feet.
  • A clean driving record and a commitment to safety standards.
