About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team at WSP in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing electrical systems for high-performance commercial and industrial buildings, as well as experience in leading projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs for high-performance commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate activities with internal project discipline team members.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for high-performance commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Experience mentoring and training others in the field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
