About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team in Estate Administration. As an Attorney in this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of Estate Administration matters, including disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, disagreements between beneficiaries, or challenges to fiduciary conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Acting as a liaison between executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to facilitate the smooth administration of the estate.
  • Assisting with tax filings for estates, including estate tax returns, and providing advice on minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Handling a diverse range of Estate Administration matters, including disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, disagreements between beneficiaries, or challenges to fiduciary conduct.
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice law in VA (MD or DC is a plus)
  • 2+ years of recent experience in Estate Administration
