Serves as Administrative Law advisor and subject matter expert to the CJA, as well as command and staff.

Provides advice and opinions with regard to a wide variety of laws, regulations, directive and policies in areas as diverse as administrative, personnel, criminal, and civil law and policy.

Conducts training on the JER, post government employment restrictions, and ethical conduct for Command officials and employees as necessary.

Coordinate as necessary with other Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government agencies in support of the command's mission.

Advise on and conduct legal reviews of command investigations, support EO and EEO investigation and informal commander's inquiries.

Address questions regarding Ethics and Standards of Conduct, Congressional inquiries; labor and employment law; private organizations, EO/EEO investigations, Inspector General investigations, Commanders Inquiries, AR 15-6 investigations.

Address adverse actions against personnel; complaints to commanders under Art 138, UCMJ; and a wide variety of other matters.
