Customer Success Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to spearhead our Growth CS Organization. This individual will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers focused on our Substance 3D Product within the Creative Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to build strong relationships, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
