Job Opportunity

Certrec is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to Certrec's SaaS products and services.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with our Operations Team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to customer support and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Adobe, and web browsers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
