KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Finance and Accounting division.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise individual income tax compliance, provide tax advisory services, conduct tax projections, manage tax notices, and offer other financial support for the firm's partners.

Review documentation, tax returns, and related deliverables prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to tax regulations and documentation standards.

Handle a substantial client portfolio with minimal oversight while also managing one or more projects throughout the fiscal year.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in preparing federal and state individual tax returns for clients, ideally within a professional services setting.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, finance, or accounting.

Strong technical expertise in areas such as High Net-Worth Individuals, Partnership, and Multi-State Taxation Theory.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong research capabilities; ability to collaborate effectively in a team or work independently.

Proficient client management skills, capable of earning client trust and conveying complex tax issues in an understandable manner.

Active CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is mandatory.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as the applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
