Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, integrating tax efficiency with long-term tax planning strategies.
- Present federal and state income tax returns and strategize for clients.
- Work with various business entities, including corporations and partnerships.
- Manage client relationships and provide supervision, training, and guidance to team members.
- Participate in proposals and work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree and CPA required.
- 7-10 years of accounting experience and tax experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CCH Access, and BNA Tax Planner.
