Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Facility Engineer to join our team at Asiacom Americas Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure, ensuring high-quality work and minimal impact on internal and external customers.
  • Engage in improvement projects, collaborating with various support teams to drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Routinely operate as the after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for our data centers, responding to issues and managing investigations, mitigation, and recovery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, electrical, or mechanical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include data center experience, 2+ years of experience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operation, and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
