Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care and support to ensure a positive treatment experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail required
