Drive Business Growth as a Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to propel business expansion and customer satisfaction through innovative strategies. As a Sales Specialist Leader, you will harness Compute, Data Center Networking, and AI solutions across diverse industries.

This role demands extensive leadership expertise, profound knowledge of AI technologies, and exceptional communication skills to present complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of sales specialists in developing and executing sales plans, identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize sales strategies and enhance customer experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in leading technology sales teams and managing cross-functional teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with a focus on Compute, Data Center Networking, Storage Area Networking, and workloads like AI, Virtualization, Bare Metal, or related fields.
  • Validated knowledge of industry trends, including emerging workloads like AI technology, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

**Compensation Package:

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
