Logistics Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Sales Director to join our growing team. As a key player in our expansion into international markets, you will drive sales growth, establish strategic partnerships, and foster strong client relationships.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact on our company's success. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned international territories.
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Performing research and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- 10 years of logistics industry experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
