- Deliver technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist clients in resolving problems through phone or electronic communication.
- Advise on potential hardware and software enhancements.
- Document customer inquiries and solutions provided.
- Manage support tickets efficiently.
- Utilize Service Now and Active Directory for support tasks.
- Facilitate migrations and upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and other related projects.
- Respond to service requests initiated by end-users.
- Work autonomously or collaboratively with management and technical teams.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills when interacting with end-users.
- Provide constructive feedback aligned with team objectives and improvement initiatives.
- Be available for overtime as required.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support, customer service, or related fields.
- A+ Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktop device conflicts, connectivity issues, and application problems within a Windows operating system in a Novell environment.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and large ticketing systems.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to start with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
