About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at PitchBook Data. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for driving financial success through creating, maintaining, and continually improving the operations, platforms, and intelligence that support our go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey workflows to drive engagement and conversions
  • Establish standardized inflow processes for handling requests and tickets from Sales teams, prioritizing work, and adhering to SLAs
  • Own and drive our marketing operations strategy and objectives (OKRs)
  • Update and evangelize internal documentation and training materials for new tools or automation introduced by platform teams
  • Develop and monitor team metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and build a team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • 5+ years of experience working with marketing operational processes and tools (e.g., Marketo), with the ability to configure and administer them effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and empower stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
