Site Operations Coordinator

Our team supports the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) to ensure the operational readiness and performance excellence of vital naval defense systems.
Key Responsibilities:The Site Operations Coordinator will take charge of the CSEDS Installation, Activation, and maintenance coordination. This role serves as the primary liaison for activations, providing updates on schedules, statuses, materials, and other activation-related matters.
The individual will assist in planning and monitoring Facility and Tactical Maintenance projects, maintaining the site project master schedule, and offering resource planning insights to management. Close collaboration with Site Management, Facility Engineering, and Combat/Weapon System Engineering teams is essential.
The Coordinator will also manage communications with the O&M Program Office, Baseline Development Site IPT Leads, and other stakeholders regarding Site Activations and project schedules.
This includes overseeing work in support of NSWC-DD Sites Planning directed Incremental Test Configurations. The Coordinator will lead weekly status and maintenance planning meetings, as well as monthly project schedule meetings.
Qualifications:Candidates should possess a background in planning and logistics, experience working with skilled trades, and a solid understanding of the AEGIS program and related systems and processes.
Compliance with Lockheed Martin's ethical and safety standards is paramount.
