Position Overview:

Our team supports the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) to ensure the operational readiness and performance excellence of vital naval defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duty of the Site Operations Coordinator is to oversee and manage CSEDS Installation, Activation, and maintenance coordination.

This role serves as the main point of contact for Activations to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Program Office, providing updates on schedules, statuses, materials, and issues related to site activations.

The candidate will assist in planning and monitoring the progress of Facility and Tactical Maintenance projects, which includes maintaining the site project master schedule and offering resource planning insights to Management.

Collaboration with Site Management, Facility Engineering, and Combat/Weapon System Engineering teams is essential.

The candidate will act as the liaison to the O&M Program Office, Baseline Development Site Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Site Management, and other stakeholders regarding Site Activations and CSEDS Project schedules.

This encompasses scheduling and tracking work to support NSWC-DD Sites Planning directed Incremental Test Configurations. The Coordinator will lead weekly status and Maintenance Window planning meetings, as well as monthly Site Project Schedule meetings.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a background in Planning and logistics, experience working with skilled trades, and a comprehensive understanding of the AEGIS program and its associated systems and processes.

All tasks must be performed in alignment with Lockheed Martin's ethical and safety standards.
