We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Planner/Production Controller to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our production planning and control team, you will be responsible for scheduling and ensuring the integrity of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system for all assigned assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage production plans to meet customer demands and production targets
- Ensure accurate and timely material availability for production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production planning and control
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and understand engineering drawings and parts lists
- US Citizenship required for government security clearance
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and materials management
- Microsoft Office Applications experience, including strong Excel spreadsheet skills
