As a Nurse Coordinator for Pre-Admission Processes, you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring comprehensive care for patients during their pre-admission phase. This position requires a dedicated professional who is accountable for a designated group of patients, utilizing the nursing process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate safe, high-quality care for all patients at our multidisciplinary sites.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills at a supervisory level.
  • Contribute to the development and operational success of our multidisciplinary site.
  • Focus on addressing acute care needs in the surrounding areas, emphasizing excellent customer service and clinical skills.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patients' medical histories to identify potential risks or complications.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year as a PAT RN; 5 years in a clinical specialty.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.

License/Certification Requirements:

  • Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
  • Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
  • Current NJ-ACLS Certification.
  • CNOR certification preferred but not mandatory.

Special Requirements:

  • Availability from 8 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility; no weekends or holidays required.
