POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of a Project Manager (PM) is to guide the project through all phases, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders. The PM is tasked with overseeing the timely contributions from specialists across various fields to guarantee the successful completion of the project. This role requires a balance of authority and accountability, ensuring quality through stakeholder engagement and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates project communication both internally and across departments. The PM engages directly with team members to clarify deliverables, communicate feedback, track progress, and address challenges as they arise.
  • Establishes integration checkpoints to enhance collaboration among internal teams involved in the project development process.
  • Documents key internal meetings, decisions, and deliverables, including timelines and directives, for team distribution.
  • Collaborates with account representatives to gather media plan specifications and coordinates with producers for project requirements.
  • Organizes the second internal creative review, which encompasses idea management, production, and communication, ensuring the agency's perspective is effectively represented in client presentations.
  • Secures necessary approvals for all project elements, including copy, scripts, layouts, and proofs.
  • Involves in various aspects of project management, including communication, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, documentation, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive project management experience in advertising or a related field.
  • Experience across multiple disciplines is advantageous, although expertise in a specific medium (broadcast, print, or digital) is acceptable.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Additional Information:

Work Environment: Team One fosters a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative workplace. All employees are expected to contribute to a respectful and safe work environment. Responsibilities may occasionally require lifting up to 25 lbs. Overtime, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary. Travel may also be required. Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally during work hours and at all work-related events.

Compensation Range: $64,000 - $101,500 annually. This range reflects the company's anticipated pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the position's requirements. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
