Core Responsibilities
The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the program team, ensuring effective daily operations while upholding the standards set by relevant regulatory bodies. This position is integral to maintaining the mission of St. Joseph Center.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the Program Director to develop and refine administrative policies and procedures aligned with program requirements.
  • Overseeing service delivery and maintaining quality control by consulting regularly with the Program Director.
  • Building and nurturing cooperative relationships with other service providers and community resources.

Essential Duties:

  • Providing direct supervision to program staff and addressing performance issues as necessary.
  • Offering consultation on assessment, crisis intervention, and case management services.
  • Monitoring productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assisting in the creation and oversight of the program budget.
  • Collecting data and preparing reports for funding agencies and internal use.
  • Participating in relevant meetings and community activities as required.
  • Accompanying outreach teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must demonstrate strong motivation and self-starting capabilities, with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse populations.
  • Experience: Requires a minimum of two years of licensure as an LMFT or LCSW in California, along with management experience in a community setting.
  • Education: A degree in social work, human services, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.
