  6. Accountable for savings and KPI achievements and their reporting.
  7. Stay informed about trends in assigned categories, market conditions, and other opportunities to leverage during negotiations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited, non-profit university or college is required.
  2. 5+ years of experience in indirect or direct spend, with exposure to various categories and multiple purchasing platforms.
  3. 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  4. 2+ years of understanding of procure-to-pay principles, processes, and cost analysis methodologies.
  5. 2+ years of negotiation experience or education, with a solid background in supplier management.
  6. Demonstrated relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  7. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Syndicated Media Research tools, and presentation software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  1. Strong focus on customer service.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  3. Capability to work across various departments and spend categories.
  4. Experience in one of the following indirect spend categories is preferred: technology, marketing, facilities, and construction.
