PRO Pediatric Services is looking for a dedicated BCBA Coordinator to oversee our services within a local educational unit.

Position Overview:

  • Location: ABA IBHS Clinics in various locations to support the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Coordinator for the CCIU's ABA clinics. This position entails managing both clinical and operational functions, supervising BCBAs, engaging with families, recruiting staff, and providing necessary training.

1. Supervision and Support of BCBAs

  • Oversee and provide continuous support to BCBAs managing the ABA clinics.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss clinic operations, student progress, and address challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

2. Family Engagement and Recruitment

  • Serve as the main contact for families, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in recruiting families into the clinic program, conducting assessments, and explaining program benefits.

3. Staff Recruitment and Training

  • Support the recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel, including BCBAs and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
  • Design and implement training programs for staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

4. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
  • Step in as the lead BCBA when necessary to maintain continuity of care.

5. Program Development and Quality Assurance

  • Assist in developing and refining clinic programs to meet the needs of children.
  • Monitor program quality through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide supervision and training to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.

6. Collaborative Approach

  • Encourage collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and educators.
  • Promote integrated services for consistency across settings.

7. Service Delivery

  • Ensure that services provided align with each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).

8. Documentation and Compliance

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with required documentation for Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active professional license in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Current clearances (within 6 months).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting and training clinical staff.
  • Experience with early intervention programs for young children.
