Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to act as the Coordinator for our ABA clinics. This position entails overseeing both clinical and operational functions, supervising BCBAs, engaging with families, recruiting participants and staff, providing training, and stepping in as needed.

1. Supervision and Support:

  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to BCBAs managing the clinics.
  • Hold regular meetings to assess clinic operations, student progress, and address challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

2. Family Engagement:

  • Serve as the main contact for families, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in recruiting families for the clinic, conducting assessments, and explaining program benefits.

3. Staff Recruitment and Development:

  • Support the hiring of qualified staff, including BCBAs and Behavioral Health Technicians.
  • Design and implement training programs for staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing professional development for clinic personnel.

4. Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
  • Step in as the lead BCBA when necessary to maintain continuity of care.

5. Program Development:

  • Assist in creating and refining clinic programs to meet the needs of children.
  • Monitor program quality through assessments and feedback.
  • Supervise BCBAs and staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.

6. Collaborative Efforts:

  • Encourage collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and educators.
  • Promote integrated services for consistency across settings.

7. Service Delivery:

  • Ensure that services provided align with each student's Individualized Treatment Plan.

8. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with required documentation for services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active professional license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Current clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting and training clinical staff.
  • Experience with early intervention programs.
