Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to act as the Coordinator for our ABA clinics. This position entails managing both clinical and operational functions, supervising BCBAs, engaging with families, recruiting staff, providing training, and stepping in as needed.

1. Supervision and Support:

  • Oversee and mentor BCBAs operating the clinics.
  • Conduct regular meetings to evaluate clinic performance and student progress.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

2. Family Engagement:

  • Serve as the main contact for families, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in family recruitment for clinic programs, conducting assessments, and explaining clinic benefits.

3. Staff Recruitment and Development:

  • Support the hiring process for qualified clinical staff.
  • Design and implement training programs for new and existing personnel.
  • Provide ongoing professional development for clinic staff.

4. Operational Management:

  • Ensure effective daily operations within the clinics.
  • Step in as the lead BCBA when necessary to maintain service continuity.

5. Program Development:

  • Assist in creating and refining clinic programs to meet the needs of children.
  • Monitor program quality through assessments and feedback.
  • Support BCBAs and staff in implementing treatment plans effectively.

6. Collaborative Environment:

  • Encourage teamwork with interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Promote integrated services across various settings.

7. Service Delivery:

  • Ensure that services provided align with each student's Individualized Treatment Plan.

8. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with required documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active professional license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Current clearances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in staff recruitment and training.
  • Experience with early intervention programs.
