Job Overview

The Lankford & Battle Agency is on the lookout for a Licensed Outbound Sales Producer to become a vital part of our high-achieving team. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional results by guiding potential clients through their property and casualty insurance options.

Your primary objective will be to prioritize the best interests of our clients, ensuring they receive the protection they need.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet sales targets by securing new property and casualty insurance policies from leads provided by the agency.

2. Consistently adhere to the Agency Sales Process with all prospective clients.

3. Manage a sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools and follow up with prospects as needed.

4. Ensure accurate underwriting practices are maintained.

5. Confirm that all necessary documents are collected and electronically signed by clients who purchase insurance.

6. Stay informed about new products and regulations within the industry.


Qualifications

Must possess a valid Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to the start date; interview and offer may depend on passing the licensing exam.

Availability required from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
