Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ingean Construction. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Accounting Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, payroll processing, and bill management. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
- Process payroll information daily
- Enter bills and manage accounts payable
- Assist with weekly payroll and payables
- Manage daily receivables
