We are a dynamic accounting firm seeking an experienced Office Operations Director to join our Thief River, MN office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • In coordination with the leadership team, oversee the management of office operations, including administrative tasks, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and improve process standardization to ensure efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate office events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train administrative team members.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department on recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree in business or relevant work experience is required.
  • Prior experience as an office manager or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • A team player with innovative thinking skills.
