Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects, ensuring successful completion on time and aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to efficiently move projects forward.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Foster effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports, deliverables, and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes for projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, contractors, and investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues early and implement solutions.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry, with a long-term vision for career development with our family office.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating needs and managing complex project workflows.
