About the Role

This Senior Customer Relationship Executive position is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded, and provide feedback to internal teams on identified product development that reflect customer requests, competitive landscape, and retail industry trends.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000-$90,000, based on your skills and experience.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to propose solutions that align with the client's objectives and our company's offerings.
