About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Team Architects. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

  • You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to support your sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (experience with seller-financed homes is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by state regulations) or willingness to obtain one.

Salary Range: $72k - $108k per annum, depending on performance and location.
