About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Tasks:
  • Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Email organization, including inbox management and message drafting
  • Database maintenance, including data entry and record keeping
  • General administrative tasks, including document preparation and report generation

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-$19
