Key Account Development Specialist

Grace Management Group is a leading provider of home fragrance products, with a presence in over 90 countries. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth. They will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers, developing plans for each key account, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within each account by staying in consistent communication and efficiently resolving issues with quick top-notch service and creative solutions.
- Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, educating customers on the potential and capabilities of our home fragrance product lineup.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
