Job Summary:

As a key member of the Planet Professional team, the HR Shared Services Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the HR Shared Services function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services, you will provide both technical and functional support for HR inquiries globally, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality services to internal customers. You will also contribute to various global HR programs and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Service Delivery:
Provide high-quality, timely, and consistent support for internal customers through the HR Helpdesk. Handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training, ensuring a smooth employee experience across multiple locations.

HR Operations and Process Automation:
Support the team in the functional and technical management of the HR Helpdesk. Provide a high level of customer service, delivering white glove support to internal customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

Global HR Program Support:
Collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives, such as US Open Enrollment, Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs (e.g., Goal Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning), ensuring coordinated execution across regions.

HR Information Repository:
Contribute to the development and ongoing management of the HR Information Repository, ensuring all HR documentation, policies, and procedures are readily accessible for global HR teams and employees.

Employee File Management & Audits:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Support audit processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

HR Intranet Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining and updating the company's HR intranet site, ensuring HR resources are easily accessible and current for all employees.

Global Mobility and Immigration:
Support our Global Mobility and Immigration efforts, ensuring that employees moving across regions or requiring immigration support have a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
-2+ years of HR operations or HR shared services experience

  • Experience for a global or multi-regional company

Preferred:

  • Has used HR ticket system (like ServiceNow or SuccessFactors)
  • Shared services
  • Biotech / pharma industry
