New Car Sales Manager Job Description

At Lamborghini South Dade & Audi Miami South, we strive to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers. As a New Car Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by effectively managing the sales team and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new vehicles, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and gross profit targets.
  • Supervise and coordinate all operations involving new vehicles, ensuring a balanced inventory and an appealing showroom display.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly and annual sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales success and leadership experience in a new exotic vehicle sales environment.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in an automobile dealership.
  • Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods, with occasional use of office equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
