New Business / Relationship Manager – Your Impact

You will drive business growth through your relationships and the identification of projects in the Healthcare and Life Sciences project sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate leads.
  • Follow up with targeted customers on current projects.
  • Attend industry events and get involved in trade associations to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Secure and lead face-to-face interactions / meetings with target customers per week.
  • Learn about new projects that company leadership can review and potentially pursue.
  • Gather pertinent information on upcoming projects (schedule, type of project, project location, scope of work, etc.).
  • Maintain real-time communication with customers as needed.
  • Understand the different types of projects in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
  • Create and maintain a database (pipeline) of potential projects that align with Company's strategic focus.
  • Maintain and continuously pipeline of potential projects.
  • Maintain detailed log of project opportunities and pertinent discussions with customers through the sales lifecycle (pipeline, budget, bidding, post-bid, etc.) in CRM tool.

New Business / Relationship Manager – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

  • You have a strong understanding and experience in the AEC industry and understanding of construction project lifecycle.
  • You have existing relationships in the Hospital and Life Sciences AEC space.
  • You are motivated to create impact and be a part of a team building something and reaching new goals.

Compensation $100,000 ++, total OTE $200,000 ++, base salary plus commission.

You will receive medical, dental and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with annual company contribution. Additional incentives (company vehicle or vehicle stipend) available.

In addition, our office provides you access to on-site health care for urgent care items and prescriptions for you and your family. The Company performs drug test, background check and clean driving record for all candidates.
