Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RMA Renal Treatment Centers - Mid Atlantic, Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine patient assessments, including vital sign measurements and patient observations
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, including hemodialysis machines
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
