Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Stamford Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and deliver patient care while working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
This is a night shift position that requires working 3 shifts per week from 7:00 pm - 8:00 am. Rotating weekends and holidays are also required.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Graduating from an accredited School of Nursing
- Holding a valid license as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
- Possessing a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree or higher
- Maintaining current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completing a minimum of 6 contact hours of continuing education annually
Estimated Salary:
$72,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. $20,000 sign on bonus available for experienced candidates.
