Assistant Office Manager Position

Miller Management Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Assume a leadership role and work closely with the Office Manager and Controller to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Pay strong attention to details and work with all departments to analyze financial records.
- Assist in ensuring product and income are properly documented and all paperwork is completed correctly.
- No previous dealership experience is required.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills are preferred.
- A financial background is preferred, and Reynolds software experience is a major plus.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills are essential.
