Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Office Manager to join our team at CNB Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to achieve branch goals, providing outstanding personalized service to our customers, and promoting business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to achieve branch goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain operational standards, including compliance, audits, and security
  • Continuously develop and improve your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
