Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our outside marketing efforts, training and developing field marketing specialists, and expanding our local customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our outside marketing team in canvassing campaigns, representing FHIA Remodeling as a trusted and professional brand.
- Develop and implement promotional contests to increase lead production and boost team morale.
- Train, coach, mentor, and inspire multiple employees, identifying challenges and developing solutions.
- Recruit and interview potential candidates to grow the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in canvassing management, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Proven track record of team leadership and management experience in door-to-door marketing, canvassing, or outside direct marketing.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $125,000+ per year, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
