Role Overview

As a vital member of our retail team, you will oversee all sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a lively shopping atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about the skate and snow industry and our offerings. We appreciate candidates who are committed to excellence, possess a growth mindset, and strive for high standards. Sales Associates are essential in creating an inviting environment, acting as brand representatives, and upholding our core values. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Delivering accurate product information and personalized recommendations
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring an organized sales area
  • Efficiently processing transactions at the point of sale
  • Designing appealing product displays
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer and mathematical tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the skate and/or snow sectors is advantageous
