Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, efficient, and professional service to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with price changes and inventory management
  • Participate in inventory and cycle count processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and cash handling experience
  • Ability to lift 1-10 lbs frequently, 11-20 lbs frequently, 21-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs occasionally, and over 100 lbs never
  • Ability to stand continuously, walk frequently, sit occasionally, and perform other physical activities as required
Working Conditions

This role is performed in a retail store setting, open to the public. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is typically performed on a level surface, but the use of a ladder or working on an elevated surface may be required as needed. Temperature varies throughout the store ranging from -10 to 85 degrees.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role is between $19.97 to $21.09, depending on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation and shift differential. This part-time position is ineligible for benefits.
