Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store, assessing their needs, and suggesting solutions to their problems.
  • Working with cash registers and processing payments, recommending products to customers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, including facing, dusting, and general housekeeping.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participating in team lifting and safely handling heavy objects.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 5-day retail schedule, including weekends and evenings, and designated holidays.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail sales environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely participate in team lifting.
