**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions

• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

**Requirements**

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
