Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating product.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting cash, processing returns, and securing the store.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with cash handling and general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent customer interactions and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is between $19.97 to $21.09, depending on experience and location. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation and shift differential.
