Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of products.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, including individual and team targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending to reach merchandise on shelves.
