Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will provide top-notch service and support by answering customer inquiries, resolving product or service issues, and processing sales transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of call center experience, with a focus on customer account management and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required, as well as a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Summary:
  • Provides customer account management, including order entry, inquiry, product information, status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
  • Responds to customer needs and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate records and reports.
