Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

At BCS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products to industries such as mining, oilfield, water treatment, chemical, and industrial manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow BCS sales and expand our customer base.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product applications and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Management, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or environmental engineering.
  • Minimum of three to five years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required (50%+).
