Job Title: Technical Sales Support

Enduro Composites, a world-class manufacturer of engineered fiberglass composites (FRP) products and solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Regional and National Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs/RFQs), and bidding opportunities to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director or RSM.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely material takeoffs, quantity estimates, and quotations from bid documents, project drawings, sketches, and specifications.
  • Coordinate the provision of drawing concepts, test reports, literature, samples, and other promotional tools as requested by Regional, National Sales Managers, and customers.
  • Communicate scheduling information between customers, sales teams, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Operations team members to create new part numbers and costs as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A degree in industrial distribution, civil/building construction, engineering/industrial technology is preferred.
  • Experience with building construction or engineered materials/corrosion is beneficial.
  • Strong technical, mathematical, and analytical skills pertinent to estimating capabilities.
  • Excellent customer communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to comprehend technical material specifications and architectural or mechanical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical or construction aptitude/analytical skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple personality types and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills, particularly MS Excel.
  • Capable of working effectively and efficiently with ERP & CRM systems.
