Join Our Team as a Senior Water Resources Project Leader

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. We are in search of a driven and results-oriented professional with a robust background in stormwater management, regulatory adherence, and innovative water resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage diverse water resources projects focusing on stormwater quality, flood management, and environmental resilience.
  • Deliver comprehensive design services for stormwater systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in stormwater master planning and resilience initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough technical analyses, including hydrologic modeling and water quality assessments.
  • Facilitate field investigations and site visits, liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation to communicate findings effectively.
  • Oversee project deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with federal, state, and local agencies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in managing and designing water resources projects.
  • Strong expertise in planning, design, and implementation of stormwater and green infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
